A few words about our Overseer

Bishop Stephens is one of a kind. He has a close relationship with God and pours love out of his heart on the people he sees everyday. After pastoring for 38 years, he was elevated to the role of Overseer. He has seen many trials as well as countless triumphs. His dedication and selfless attitude are an inspiration.

Joining him in the ministry is his beautiful wife and highly esteemed Lady Elect Shirley Stephens.

A few words about our Pastor

Elder Jackson has served faithfully under the leadership of Bishop Stephens. He has been an integral part of the church since 2000 when he and his family joined Spotlight. He was ordained as an Elder in 2001. Elder Jackson initiated Spotlight’s outreach ministry “Bountiful Blessings.”

On December 2, 2006 Elder Philip K. Jackson was installed as Pastor of Spotlight Holy Temple #2. The name of the church was changed to Spotlight Deliverance Temple in 2007.

He has been married to the lovely Lady Carmen Jackson for more than 40 years and is an exemplary father and leader.
